Everybody is home

Today was a nice day. Everybody is home. Unfortunately, Barb woke up with a nasty head cold today. Kelsey and I got to shop for and get her new violin. Her violin playing has been great, but listening to her on the new one is simple amazing. She's upstairs practicing now, as I write this.


I think we'll start putting up the Christmas tree tonight. It's really a job that Barb usually directs, but since she's sick in bed today, I'll at least try to get it started.

My eating continues to go well. I haven't had an EAS shake in the last few days. So I think I'm technically doing something like Atkins... I'm having veggies everyday and staying high in protein, with very few carbs. So far, so good.

Tomorrow Kelsey & I are going to the Smithsonian Museum of Natural History. We both think is will be really cool! Nobody else got really excited or had a desire to go. I'm mostly looking forward to the Sant Ocean Hall.
