Egg Beaters

As I type this, I'm enjoying a nice plate of Egg Beaters. I really like them. It's part of my eating plan. Basically, I'm starting the Medifast plan, except I'm not eating any of the Medifast products. They are a little expensive. Instead, I'm using my familiar EAS shakes. They are nutritionally the same as the Medifast shakes, yet are cheaper and available at Wal-Mart.

The basic plan is 5 EAS shakes a day, along with 2 large servings of lean protein and 3 large servings of low carb veggies. For me, lean protein will be Egg Beaters, Boca Burgers, tuna, salmon, turkey, or chicken. Low carb veggies will be mostly leafy greens of some sort.

Anyway, this is my plan, and I'm sticking with it... at least until I change it (inside joke for my family).

Work is going well, it's performance rating time. It's nice to have a super productive and effective staff. I was able to treat everyone well at bonus and raise time, so everyone is happy!

This weekend we'll be camping at Point Lookout. That makes me happy! Fun time with Barb!
